Princeville is beautiful place to stay and is less than 10 min from Hanalei. Lots of cute affordable condos with pools in this area. VRBO or AirBnB are great places to look for rentals. Hanalei is wonderful, but tends to be a little more expensive due to walking distance to beaches. Haena is also a great place to stay but also a 10 minute drive to Hanalei.
